1. About INSTA-DL

INSTA-DL is a free, browser-based tool that allows users to download publicly available media — such as videos, photos, and audio — from supported social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), Vimeo, Dailymotion, and Twitch.

2. No Hosting Policy

INSTA-DL does not host, store, cache, upload, or own any media files. Our service acts solely as a technical bridge — it reads a publicly accessible URL provided by the user and facilitates a direct transfer of that media from the original platform's servers to the user's device.

We do not maintain a library, database, or archive of downloaded content. Once a download stream is complete, no copy of the file remains on our systems.

3. Copyright Compliance & DMCA

INSTA-DL respects the intellectual property rights of creators and content owners. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright laws.

By using INSTA-DL, you agree that:

4. How to Request Content Removal

Note: A URL blacklist on INSTA-DL only prevents access through our tool. It does not remove the content from the original platform or the internet.

INSTA-DL is provided "as is" for personal and informational use. We make no warranties about the availability, accuracy, or legality of content accessed through third-party platforms. We are not affiliated with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Vimeo, Dailymotion, or Twitch in any way.
